Tim Ewing founded Communication Makeover after more than two decades developing managers and leaders across Asia-Pacific - witnessing first-hand capable professionals hold back in global environments, not from lack of ability, but from a readiness gap that traditional training rarely addresses.
Fluent in Japanese and deeply familiar with both Japanese and international workplace expectations, Tim works with organizations to help managers communicate with greater clarity, ownership, and authenticity while remaining true to their values.
