Who is COMAKE for?
COMAKE works with Japanese managers, executives, and high-potential professionals who need to operate confidently in global or international business environments. We also partner with HR and L&D leaders who are building communication capability across their organization.
How does the consultation work?
The first step is a short conversation - typically 30 minutes - to understand your situation, the challenge you're facing, and what good would look like. There's no obligation to proceed, and no pre-packaged pitch. We diagnose first.
Do you offer online sessions?
Yes - all programs and coaching are available online, making it easy to work with COMAKE regardless of location within Japan or internationally.
What language are sessions conducted in?
Programs are conducted primarily in English to help participants build the confidence and communication habits needed for global collaboration. Japanese support is provided where helpful, with the goal of gradually reducing reliance on translation and helping participants communicate more naturally and confidently in global business environments.
How long does a typical engagement last?
Every engagement is scoped to the organization's needs. Corporate and group programs are designed based on specific goals, group size, and timelines. Individual coaching programs typically run 3-6 months.
