I’m Tim Ewing, founder of Communication Makeover.
For over 20 years, I’ve worked in Learning & Development across APAC, helping professionals grow into confident leaders who can bridge cultures and deliver results. I’ve lived and worked in Japan for more than three decades, speak fluent Japanese, and understand the unspoken dynamics that shape communication in Japanese companies.

This unique perspective lets me design training and coaching that respects Japanese cultural values while preparing managers for the fast-paced, direct, and often high-pressure world of global business.
